Pakistan: 23 killed in Moharram blast

Rawalpindi, Nov 22 (IBNS): The death toll in a suicide blast on a Moharram procession in Rawalpindi on Wednesday touched 23 on Thursday, reports said.

At least 62 people were injured in the blast.

The attack came in the wake of two blasts in Karachi that killed two people and injured 16.

"Two unknown people, who did not appear to be mourners, barged in the procession and one of them blew himself up," Geo News, quoting an eyewitnesses, said.

The blast blew a hole in the wall of a nearby structure.
