Amit Shah to get charge-sheet today

Ahmedabad, July 27 (IBNS): Former Gujarat home minister Amit Shah would get a copy of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) charge-sheet on Tuesday.
Shah, who is a close aide of Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi, would be questioned by the CBI in judicial custody on Wednesday.
Shah is an accused in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case. The interrogation will be video-taped.
On Monday, the former minister had moved the special CBI court for bail. However, the court said it would hear Shah's plea on August 2. Veteran lawyer Ram Jethmalani will assist Shah's advocates during the bail plea.
According to latest reports, the CBI has made another arrest in the Sohrabuddin case.
The arrested person is Surendra Jirawala, the owner of the farmhouse where Sohrabuddin's wife, Kauser Bi was kept, before being killed.
Jirawala is a BJP corporator from Sabarmati constituency.
