Uninor gets low international tariffs

Kolkata, July 28 (IBNS) Uninor, a pan-India global GSM telecom service provider, announced the launch of its special tariff vouchers for customers in Kolkata and West Bengal.


Taking advantage of the Telenor group’s global Telecom presence, through these calling packs, Uninor customers can make International calls to the United States (including Canada), Gulf Countries, Bangladesh and Southeast Asian Nations (Singapore and Malaysia), at highly competitive rates.

These international calling packs, will offer its subscribers best tariffs to Bangladesh at Rs. 2.99 per minute, Gulf countries at Rs.3.99 per 30 seconds, United States, Canada at Rs. 69 for thirty minutes, and Singapore and Malayasia at Rs. 79 for 30 minutes. The (special tariff voucher) offer will be valid for 30 days from the date of recharge.

Announcing the offer, kash Das, Executive Vice President, Kolkata Hub, Uninor, said, “Our new voucher is a value for money proposition for all those who have their families and friends residing in these countries. The convenience of affordable calling will certainly bridge the long distance and we are confident that the special offer will be well accepted by our customers.”

Uninor is owned by the Norway based world’s 6th largest mobile services provider Telenor Group and India’s second largest diversified real estate major Unitech Ltd.
